Construction • Project Engineering • Field Operations

Building a career around better projects.

I’m Anthony Pelzer, a Texas State University graduate with a B.S. in Concrete Industry Management and a minor in Business Administration. My background combines construction management, field operations, project coordination, QA/QC, and construction materials testing.

What I Bring

A technical foundation with real field exposure.

My Concrete Industry Management degree is an Engineering Technology program that blends construction management, concrete materials, operations, quality, and business. Combined with multiple internships, it gives me a practical understanding of how construction work moves from planning into field execution.

Project Coordination

Experience supporting schedules, field activities, documentation, inspections, and cross-functional construction teams.

Quality & Compliance

Hands-on QA/QC experience with ASTM concrete testing, field observations, documentation, and quality requirements.

Field Operations

Comfortable working across active jobsites with superintendents, contractors, inspectors, plant personnel, and field teams.

Materials Testing

Field and laboratory experience evaluating concrete and aggregate materials for consistency and specification compliance.

Experience

Construction experience across the field, plant, and lab.

Three internships built exposure to project coordination, quality, concrete materials, active jobsites, and multidisciplinary teams.
